A calm house for families.

Please read before you book.

1. Maximum occupancy is 16 guests.
2. No parties, events or gatherings beyond registered guests. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
3. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
4. No pets without prior written approval.
5. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
6. No outside watercraft without owner approval. Life jackets are required for all children on or near the dock.
7. Fires only in the designated fire pit. No fireworks. No open flames on the deck.
8. Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may include a fee.
9. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
10. Please sort trash and recycling into the bins provided. Take-out containers go in the trash, not recycling.
11. No drones without written permission.
12. Follow all Minnesota DNR fishing and boating regulations when on the water.
13. Completing a booking means you agree to all of the house rules above.
